Water goes through a 5-step filtration process in a reverse osmosis system. In the first step, water is passed through a pre-filter that eliminates all particles of 5 microns or above.

 

Water is then passed through a granular resin filter that eliminates all eliminates all microbes, limes and smell from your water. It then goes through a resin filter getting rid of all particle 1 microns or above in your water.

The water then goes the reverse osmosis system that systematically cleans you water of the following contaminants: lead, copper, chromium, mercury, barium, fluoride, nitrite, nitrate and selenium. Water lastly goes through a carbon block filter acting as a last check on the whole filtration process.
